Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Owner action needed

Before these terms are final, the operator should confirm: the registered legal/business name, the governing-law jurisdiction (likely the Philippines), the exact refund and cancellation window for paid plans, and the payment processor. These items are flagged inline below.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CloudGrid ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of our website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

TODO (owner): Confirm the registered operator/legal entity name that these Terms are made with.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree to use CloudGrid lawfully and not to misuse it. In short: no illegal content, no abuse of other users or our systems, and no attempts to break or overload the service. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Breaking those rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files and content you store with us. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, store, and serve that content back to you so the service can work. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and share the content you upload.

Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

TODO (owner): State the exact refund and cancellation policy — for example, the refund window in days and whether renewals are pro-rated — and name the payment processor used.

Service provided "as is"

We work hard to keep CloudGrid reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement you have.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudGrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Always keep your own backups of important data. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Where reasonable, we will give notice before doing so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there.

TODO (owner): Confirm the governing-law jurisdiction (likely the Philippines) and the specific courts that will handle disputes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
